Welcome to quadjuice.com. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, you are free to leave (we won’t hold you back by the shirt in the penalty box).

1. The Product

Quad Juice is a novelty gift item designed for banter. The bottle contains 100% premium, alcohol-free grape juice (0% ABV). It is completely devoid of alcohol, much like a certain trophy cabinet is devoid of European Cups. While the packaging mimics a wine bottle, we do not sell alcohol.

2. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice, but we will honor the price at the time your order was successfully placed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We rely on our tactical distribution partners, DHL and Royal Mail, to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, severe weather, or your delivery driver getting stuck behind a low-block defense.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

Because Quad Juice is a consumable food product, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind (or if your mate gets too upset upon receiving it).

Broken Items: If your bottle arrives shattered—mimicking a late-season title charge—we will replace it free of charge. You must notify us and provide photographic evidence within a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quad Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total price of your order. We are expressly not liable for any emotional distress, ruined friendships, or aggressive WhatsApp voice notes caused by the gifting of this product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales—not by the PGMOL.
